A growing number of water vapour data records are being analysed within G-VAP. The currently participating data records can be identified by the existence of a specific G-VAP data fact sheet (DFS). 

Further information on data records of essential climate variables (ECVs) are available through the ECV inventory database maintained by the Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS), the Coordination Group for Meteorological Satellites (CGMS) and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO).

A wealth of information on a wide variety of climate data records is also available through the Climate Data Guide jointly hosted by NCAR and UCAR.
